Emfast Limited understand that privacy and the security of your personal data is extremely important and we are committed to ensuring that any personal data we collect from you is lawfully managed under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU)2016/679.  This policy explains how we collect the information we gather about you, what we do with your information, what we do to keep it secure and how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that information and procedures we have in place to safeguard your privacy.  This statement does not affect your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU)2016/679.

1.  WHAT SORT OF INFORMATION DO WE HOLD AND HOW DO WE USE IT?

Information about what products you have previously purchased from us.

Information from other sources such as credit reference agencies.

Your Emfastonline account login details including your username and password.

The personal data you provide us is only processed for the purpose for which it was collected.  Should we need to process your data for any other unrelated purpose we will provide notice to you and if required by law, seek your consent.  We gather this information to allow us to provide our services to you and to process your requests accordingly.  The information may be used to communicate with you on any matter relating to the provision of the service in general.

We may, from time to time, collate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring and developing the website and our services to you.  Information and statistics gathered may be used for internal record keeping, improving our products and services and these statistics may be made available to third parties.  These statistics will not include any information that can be used to personally identify any individual.  Information from credit reference agencies and credit insurers may be used when making credit decisions such as setting credit limits and payment terms.  We may process your personal data without your knowledge or consent where required by applicable law or regulation.

2.  WHO MIGHT WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH?

3.  SALE OF BUSINESS.

In the event this business is sold or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to our advisors and any prospective purchasers advisors and will be passed on to the new owners of the business so that they can continue to provide the service that we currently provide.  We will require the purchaser to follow the practices disclosed in this Privacy Policy or to give you at least three months notice of any proposed changes.

6.  HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION FOR?

8.  CHANGES TO POLICY.

Emfast Limited reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time or as required by law.  Any changes we make will be posted on this page and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the Policy on your first use of the website following any alteration.  We may also place notices on other pages of the website so that you can at any time check our current policy.  If we would like to use your personal data for different purposes than those it was collected for, we will provide you with notice and where required by law, seek your consent before using your personal data for a new or unrelated purpose.

9.  COOKIES.

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer by us when you visit certain parts of the website.  This allows us to identify visitors and to analyse browsing habits on the website.  A Cookie contains identifying information and is used to make the link between you and the information you have provided to the website.  You may delete Cookies, however, you may lose any information that enables you to access the website more quickly and it may prevent you from using the full range of services on the website.

The creation of a Cookie does not give us access to any other information such as your e-mail address.
